Calculation
of Estimated Expenses
Estimated expenses will be calculated according to the type of
operation, practice of ports and tariffs in force.

General
Information
Principals / Master will be informed about general regulations for
entering Peruvian waters
Ports in order to avoid any possible fine
that may arise due to the unknowledgement of this information.

Port
Information
S.S.L.will provide any necessary information that be required by
Principals to help with negotiations clarifying any doubt about
ports´ characteristics, regulations and facilities ( material,
equipment, personnel, etc. ).
Principals will also be informed in case of any important fact of
change that may occur with regulations / facilities / port situation
which could affect operational cost.
As per clients´ requirements, port situation will be checked and
informed, same as the status of other possible parties involved.

Coordination
S.S.L. will coordinate
with parties concerned and will tender the necessary documents to
comply with terms and conditions of the contracts.

Operation
Arrangements / Development
S.S.L. will do the necessary arrangements to provide the services
required according to the type of operation ( clearances / pilotage /
tug service / berthing - unberthing / berthage / change of berth /
etc.). Principals will be informed daily about operations development.

Final
Report
Upon completion of operations, Principals will be informed as soon
as possible about relevant details then, a complete set of documents
according to their requirements will be remitted.

Husbandry
All usual husbandry matters ( see Husbandry Agency Service ) are
to be included in the Ship´s Port Agency Service.

Claims
According to the terms and conditions of the relevant contracts, S.S.L. will also attend / handle on behalf of Principals all necessary
documents regarding possible claims that may arise before / during /
after operations.
