  Beam - Call Sign - Number of Holds
  Hatches - Grain
  Bale capacities
  Gears: type and distribution - Class - P&I Club

• Type of Operation:
  Loading and / or discharging - Bunkering - Crew Changes - Delivery / redelivery (T/C) - Emergency Calls.

• Relevant terms and conditions of the contracts involved, depending on the type of operation

• Last Port of call

• Transit Cargo ( if any )

• E.T.A. Estimated arrival draught conditions
