As stevedoring Agents, the service will be based on the following information that will be required to Principals:

• Vesselīs Details:
  Name
  Flag - Type - Date of Built - Holds
  Cubic - Draught - Gears: type and distribution

• Relevant terms and conditions of the Booking Note or Charter Party

• List of Shippers, specifying terms of sales ( FOB / FAS / etc. )

• Stowage Plan, including number of workable sets of gear per hatch / hold.

• E.T.A. to loading / discharging port.
