This service will include:

• Port Information:
  Same like in Shipīs Port Agency Service.

• Cargo Situation
  S.S.L. will keep close contact with the masters, shippers, receivers, customs, authorities, and any other relevant party to protect clientīs interest property

• Coordination
  Same like in shipīs Port Agency Service

• Operationīs Development
  The Agent will nominate stevedoring / rigging gangs on the basis of the stowage plan and will coordinate with the shippers / receivers, as the case may be.
  Once the operation is commenced, will inform daily about developments, including:
  * Total cargo loaded / discharged - Quantities loaded / discharged per gang / shift-Relevant facts occurred - Estimated time of completion.
  * Loading / discharging operations will be controlled by agentīs personnel, always under our supervision

• Final Report / Documents
  Once the loading / Discharging operations completed, Principals will be informed as soon as possible ( by telex or fax ) about:
  * Total cargo loaded / discharged - Quantities loaded / discharged per shipper - receiver / hold - Bills of lading quantities details (loading) - Outturn Details (discharging) - Main Fact / details - E.T.A. to discharged port (loading).
  Following documents will be sent:
  * Copies of pre-shipment certificates and Bills of Lading (loading).
  * Statement of Facts.
  * Cargo Plan (loading)
  * Tally Sheets.
  * Outturn Reports.
  * Loading / Discharging Reports.
  * Notice of Readiness.
  * Laytime Calculation.
  * Estimated Extra Expenses (if any).

• Claims
  Same like in Shipīs Port Agency Service.
